How soon will items be shipped that contain tracking numbers?

After an order is purchased, please allow 7-14 business days to process your order, and an additional 7-14 business days to receive your product, depending on the type of shipping that was purchased. 

Will Pre-orders take a while to produce then ship?

With Pre-orders, please keep in mind that these orders are “made to order” which could approximately take 1-2 weeks to produce, not including shipping. Depending on the volume of orders, we try our best to have pre-orders produced and shipped within 5-7 business days.

You will be charged at the time of checkout to place a successful order with us.

When will I receive my tracking number, and how long will my order take to arrive?

Tracking numbers are usually emailed once a purchase is completed, unless there is a free shipping code used, which then a tracking number will be produced at the time of production, and an email will be sent out 2-3 business day after the purchase. 

Orders are shipped via USPS, which usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive at your location on standard delivery method. Please expect longer time frames for overseas addresses.

What if I don’t receive my order, but shows shipped and scanned with USPS?

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any order being lost, damaged or stolen once we deliver products to USPS and USPS either is in the process of delivery or has delivered the product. Please create a claim with USPS, if unfortunately, your product has been lost or damaged. If it has been stolen, please contact your local authorities.
